SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of our processes, our orders generally ship out between 2-5 business days depending on the load of orders for the week.
If an order is not shipped between the stated dates Sun & Surf Trading will contact the buyer and an update will be given regarding the order.
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as they are available after the product/s have been shipped.
Unless requested, deliveries will be sent with No Signature Required.
If signature service is requested, there may be an extra fee – depending on the shipping service.
We are committed to securing the private information that you share with us. No More Hangover will never share or sell any of your personal information, including your email address.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our goal is to provide the utmost positive and satisfying shopping experience at No More Hangover. If any of our products are damaged in shipment or not in the original form as displayed on our site, We will accept returns and issue a refund or replace damaged goods.
Please make requests for refunds within 2 weeks of receiving an item
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee that could be deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable & return-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer’s accounts will be credited after we have received the item back in its original condition. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please email us right away or within 24 hours.
All products remain No More Hangover’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from No More Hangover.
All transfers conducted through No More Hangover are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms of service for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.
